The mobile one synthetic oil is changed every 4500 miles...i run premium unleaded with real octane boosted every tank up. I am the second owner, and the gentleman befor me used the dealer which he bought the car from for maintainenance...I used china lake auto for all my maintainence. The paint is good for the year has few scratches here and there but most will come out with a buff job and theheated leather interior is good...no rips tears or major stains. The only issue with the car is it needs a lower control arm for a sticker.there are no other issues with this audi, and with all the new parts she should be good for another 126k. It car has 180K +/- miles and is my daily driver. It is front wheel drive, not the quattro, therefore I get about 26-28 mpg (highway) depending how conservatively I drive it. It goes just as good in the snow but provides better mpg than the quattro and maintenance is usually less! The car has every bell and whistle available in 1997. It has cruise, ice cold a/c, power windows, locks, memory setting power driver´s seat, power sunroof, mirrors, climate control and power steering. Etc. Etc. 1998 Audi A4 1.8T 5-Speed Quattro. I have just about rebuilt this Audi from the ground up. I purchased the A4 3 years ago with 173k, it now reads 189k, as you can see i dont take her out much. The first thing i did was replace the entire drivetrain (completely, all from the same donor car with 72,886 on its odometer!) Ive invested more than $20k into this project and have all the reciepts for every last nut and bolt that ive got into it (in other words i can prove it). All brand new parts. It runs, rides and drives perfectly. It comes with 2 sets of wheels and tires. Stock 16´ rims with Nokian snow tires & a set of 18´ RPM all aluminum light weight mesh wheels with a 2.5´ lip, also new, with new tires. The car has a clean title. I built this car for a daily driver, but with enough power to school any WRX, or S4 on the way to work. The only reason im letting her go is because im finished. Its time for another project. I planned on replacing the drivers fender (dented) & painting it this summer to have it ready for the shows, but might consider letting her go to the ´right person´ for the ´right´ price, or for the ´right´ trade. Cosmetically the car isnt perfect, its 14 years old and black; normal wear & tear. Please dont try to low ball me, you´ll get no where, ive put in some serious wrench time with this car, so i know what she´s worth to the right person. If i paint it, i´m keeping it. Dark Blue with 17 inch chrome rims, cold air intake, exhaust tips, 35% window tint on all windows, power everything, flip out dvd/cd head unit, oil changed every 3000 miles with mobile 1 synthetic oil. Has aftermarket A6 headlights, and aftermarket tail lights with flashers when you use the brakes. Car runs great, though it will need a right strut..it squeaks a little, but not bad and it doesn´t affect the ride at all. Clutch is in good condition along with brand new tires all around.
