Details: I am selling my 97 Audi A4 Quattro. Car has 233,416 miles of it. I purchased this car almost two years ago on Craigslist. The guy I purchased the car from completly ripped me off. Since buying the car I have put over 3000 dollars into it. Below is a list of all the items I have replaced. I am not trying to screw anyone over I just need to sell the car. When I purchased this car I needed something that was more fuel effecient then my SUV becuase I was driving about 100 miles a day back and forth to work. Now I am not driving as much and my wife and I are looking to have a baby. Currently she cannot drive a manual transmission and has hated the car since I purchased it. The car does have some flaws it does need a new radiator but it is not an immediate fix. The car has a slow and I mean very slow leak in the radiator . I looked this up and the cost is about 150 for the part. The front right turn signal needs and end put on the wire which is something that you can get the part for about 20 bucks but I have just been lazy about it. As far as what I have replaced I have listed this below. I have recipts for most of the work I had done and it was all completed by a local mechanic who you can even call and speak with if you like. I also have service records from the previous owner. In the photo you will notice the car does have a small blemish on the driver front quater panel. I have just never seen the need to get this fixed. Please contact me to see the car and as far as the price please dont lowball me. KBB list the car in fair condition at 3,400 given the cosmetic blemish and the small rust spots you can see from the photos the car is still a good looking verhicle and the inside is in great condition. Details: Hello guys,I have for sale a 1993 Audi 90s. Fwd 2.8L V6 170hp, Auto trans, moon roof, power windows and locks, all the goodies they come with. This one has 141k miles on it. Marine blue metalic exterior, black with light cream interior. This one has cloth seats (no rips or tears on them). Everything works (exept cruise control, comes and goes and idk why). Its a very solid car with hardly any rust. It has a small area of surface rust on the driver´s side bottom part of the wheel arch right above the side skirt. No rust holes or any more rust on the car. Runs and drives but might need a thermostat soon and a radiator in the future. Small little noises when turning the steering wheel (strut mounts on front maybe?) and when I hit potholes (sway bar links??). I´ve replaced the passenger side axle and the front rotors and pads (1 week ago) and the rear brakes were serviced 3 months ago. I´ve priced to sell as these cars are still fairly expensive. $1,000 takes it. Price is negotiable but dont kill me lol. Car also comes with aftermarket Sony head unit w/ remote controller (it has a aux port on the face plate). Car is well worth fixing because they last a life time and this one has good miles on her. Now to wrap things up, the thing that moniters the milage like trip and all that is´nt working but the odometer still is(Miles Per Hour works). Last owner told me he drove it 3k miles after the thing went out so thats like 144k miles that it has now currently. Other than those small issues, this car is awesome. Need to sell ASAP. Details: Selling 1999 Audi A6 2.8L Quattro. Car does not drive at the moment, will need trans rebuild or swap. Car is automatic, silver in color, black leather interior, premium Audi alloy wheels, power everything, wood grain trim, sun/moonroof, cold weather package, and has legendary Audi Quattro all wheel drive; great for Michigan winters. Car has 180K highway miles; it was used to travel from home to University of Michigan for school daily and has a few dings and rock chips that a car with nearly 200K miles would be expected to have but overall, the body is clean and straight with no major accidents. Car was purchased in rough working shape but great cosmetic condition to restore to like new. All recent upgrades: new alternator, new battery, new oil pump, new performance ignition wires, new plugs, new power window motors, new suspension just about all the way around (including upper and lower control arms and tie rods, even the ones with separate ball joints, new axle shafts and sway links), brakes and rotors, newer exhaust modifications, and many more. I have nearly $5,000 worth of receipts saved from the past three years which will go to the buyer if desired. All major maintenance has been done at ASE certified German car specialists and oil changes done at home with premium oil filters and only Mobil 1 European car formula. Motor runs great, transmission is slipping so bad the car won´t move though. I have found transmissions available in the Detroit area for between $200-$400 and have an amazing Audi mechanic who quoted to swap it in with a year or two warranty for around $800. Car also has very minor electrical problems, absolutely all of the accessories work however such instruments such as the windshield washers and the power windows have a short in their circuit and all Audi dealerships have quoted between $3,000 and $6,000 to rewire the car. Therefore, car was taken to a master electrician with the shop manual and he was able to fasten some auxiliary switches to make sure that these systems work whenever needed controlled by direct power switched; was not worth thousands to fix. I´d love to swap the trans myself however I have just received word of a job opportunity out of state and I am moving in the very near future and don´t have the time in the next week or so. Also included to the buyer are the owner´s manual, two full shop manuals, and various spare parts which will no longer be of any use to me (e.g. 2 newer headlamp assemblies, ones on car are getting slightly oxidized, newer air filter, etc.). Vehicle is sold as is and is priced to sell quickly...serious inquiries only, asking $1300 firm, recently reduced due to time constraints.
